Application:
An automotive manufacturer needed to inspect car bodies in a low-ceiling inspection box. The body arrives on a guide conveyor and the technician lifts it for an underside inspection. A standard lift with an overhead crossbeam could not be used – the ceiling features a recess precisely shaped to the car body profile.
We designed a purpose-built special machine (JUS), relocating all components from the upper part of the columns beneath a false floor. This allowed the lift to fit perfectly within the constraints of the inspection box, giving the technician comfortable access to the underside of the body.

Application:
A public transport company was addressing the issue of flexibility in the maintenance of tram sets. Fixed inspection pits were impractical. We delivered a solution in the form of modified mobile column lifts guided on flanged wheels within recessed rails.
The system can synchronously lift the entire train set with millimeter precision.

Application:
A customer needed to safely park small private aircraft stacked above each other to maximize the limited space in a hangar. We created a unique, specialized aircraft lift with a capacity of up to 2.5 tons, featuring a sophisticated design for stable placement without any need for floor anchoring.
The equipment features special platforms for the safe drive-on of the aircraft and excels in high variability, making it easily adaptable to various types of aircraft.

Application:
The customer required a hydraulic lift for a pre-wash bay, where the equipment is constantly exposed to pressurized water and cleaning chemicals. A standard lift would quickly corrode under these conditions, and the electrical installation would fail.
We designed and manufactured a 2-post lift with a special water-resistant finish, anti-corrosion surface protection, and components meeting strict IP ratings.
