DESCRIPTION
The AMI 5.5 and 7.5 TRUCK mobile hydraulic column lifts, offering capacities of 5.5 t or 7.5 t per column, are revolutionizing the servicing of heavy machinery. This system requires no complex structural modifications or permanent floor anchoring. The columns are simply moved to the tires of the truck, bus, or agricultural vehicle, and thanks to advanced synchronization, they lift the entire vehicle evenly and smoothly. Additionally, the lift offers the option of lifting vehicles directly by the chassis using special crossbeams.
This system is highly modular – you can connect 4, 6, 8, or even up to 12 columns simultaneously (achieving a total capacity of up to 45 tons!), with the practical option to link groups of four columns via a tandem setup. Each column has its own hydraulic unit, ensuring immense power and independence. For maximum operator comfort and safety, the system features modern touch-screen controls and also offers the option of remote operation via a remote controller. Compared to traditional inspection pits, this system brings mechanics better lighting, an ergonomic working height, and perfect access to the axles and transmission from below and the sides.

How the Modular System Works (Mobile Column Series)
The modular system of AMI mobile column lifts operates on the principle of electronic synchronization between independent columns. Depending on the vehicle type (2-axle truck, 3-axle bus, articulated tram), the operator simply assembles a configuration of 4, 6, 8, up to 12 columns.
The columns are connected to each other via data cables, and the system automatically recognizes their number. One of the columns (or alternatively, the remote control) functions as the "Master" (control unit), from which you can operate the entire assembly with a single button. The system continuously monitors the lifting level, and if one column detects an unevenness or an obstacle, it immediately levels out or stops the entire assembly for safety reasons.
